CREATING A FITTER, 
HEALTHIER COMMUNITY

In 2019 the Clifford family invested in what was previously Carfin Parish Church, with a mission to create a facility that was the heart of the community. Initially with a strong focus on Karate, in particular creating a new home for the renowned Chikara Karate Club, “The Dojo” was given its name from a Japanese term meaning ‘place where martial arts and meditation is practiced”.

However, in order to become the centre of the Carfin community, and support the health and happiness of the area, the Clifford family’s other business Muscle Injury Clinic, MIC Health & Fitness and Mind & Body Management also found a new home.

The Dojo is now regarded as a first class facility, which is continually growing and improving. All are invited from near and far, and we hope to see you soon!
